With highly trained and respectful staff and efficient service, your needs are met immediately. The staff at the hotel are exceptional in every aspect and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are professional, friendly, warm and a credit to the hotel. It's evident that the staff here are the hotel's greatest asset.

The hotel boasts exceptional high standards with regards to food, accommodation, service and facilities and it's a fine hotel that is peaceful and very relaxing with lovely scenery. We highly recommend staying at The Lodge at Ashford Castle and our stay was enjoyable, so much so that we will be back.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing family break with their furry friends, who are pampered just as much as the humans. The facilities are excellent for those travelling with dogs and the rooms are designed to accommodate pets as well. The hotel even offers a dog walk with the resident wolf hounds. Guests appreciate the staff's genuine love for dogs and their responsible handling of Covid protocols.
