Guests seeking peace and relaxation will thoroughly enjoy Roatan from this location. The hotel itself boasts excellent accommodations and a location that provides excellent access to some of the best beaches on the island, though some may find the hotel's beach itself to be small and a bit rocky. While transportation is not included and there are some challenging trails and pedestrian access points for older or less mobile guests, the overall location of Las Verandas Hotel & Villas is truly spectacular.

The duty manager, front desk attendants like Robert, Karim, Peter, Christian, Chris, Iris and Karen, among others, are always there to assist guests in any way they can. The staff is fantastic and accommodating with Angelo at the restaurants and Krystal at the front desk standing out for their great service. Even the security guard and personnel at the bar are attentive to guests' needs, making them feel safe and secure. Elaine and Kimberly are super amazing and the customer service the hotel provides is out of this world amazing. Despite a few reviewers noting that some staff members may require further training, the overall consensus is that Las Verandas Hotel & Villas staff are exceptional and exceed visitors' expectations.
