Unfortunately, some guests were disappointed with the low qualifications of some employees, including a receptionist who was not knowledgeable enough. Additionally, some guests were disturbed by the presence of Russian-speaking staff and there were even reports of a safe being broken into. However, overall, the majority of reviews are incredibly positive about the staff and their commitment to guest satisfaction at Alpen Suite Hotel.
